No School on Monday, January 27, 2014 and 2 Games to Play!
No School on Monday and Tueday, January 27 and 28, 2014 due to the extreme temperatures.

Winter Buddies! Part 1
Our First Graders enjoyed some time with their 4th Grade Buddies on Friday!
We did a following directions activity where the students had to make 4 snowmen together holding hands. The kids LOVED this!!! They then followed a set of 10 directions to decorate their snowmen.
The students also worked on solving the first graders' Winter Story Problems that they made up! The 4th Graders solved the problems and the first graders used their white boards to show their buddies how we have been working on proving our answers using different strategies.
We will finish up this activity with up buddies next week!
