Character Counts Week!!!

October 17th – October 21st

What is Character Counts Week?

The purpose of the Character Counts program is to fortify the lives of our young people with ethical values called the “Six Pillars if Character.”
Trustworthiness
Respect
Responsibility
Fairness
Caring
CitizenshipThroughout this week the students will be reviewing the six Pillars of Character. To get them into the spirit of the week we would like everyone to wear a different color each day.
Monday---blue
Tuesday---green
Wednesday---yellow and/or orange
Thursday---red and/or purple
**Friday is our walk-a-thon. First grade warms up at 1:10 to 1:20 then we walk until 2:05 with an assembly at 2:30 to 3:15.
